Most South Padre Island condos and townhouses with more than four units will have home owner associations (HOAs). Some HOAs hire their own in-house property management staff while others may choose to have some of the responsibilities of day to day management taken care of by an established professional property management company. Some may choose management to run the homeowners' or condominium association to avoid internal conflicts between owner / members and board members. Each home owner associations is as unique as the individuals who make it. In addition to managing income and expense related activity, we also manage insurance and taxes, emergencies, security, repair and maintenance on a property. The direction / choreography of repair / maintenance is quite a large part of our function.
In
the beginning Furcron started primarily as a real estate company, but since
we believe in building good long term relationships through quality service
we started managing a few HOAs for some of our clients. Over the years
this built us a reputation as dependable and trusted property mangers.
More and more home owner associations and developers started requesting
our services and now it just keeps growing every year. Currently, Furcron
manages over 350 million dollars worth of South
Padre Island vacation property and another 50 million dollars
in rental / property management. Property management is now one of our
biggest and busiest operations in offering full service real estate services.
